Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations with development teams, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You bring 10+ years of IT enterprise experience and 6-8 years in Manhattan platforms, with strong SQL, API integration, and Agile delivery. This role offers flexible work options and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain or related field (CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred).

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs into epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
