Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. The role bridges warehouse operations and technical development to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will act as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, contributing to the enterprise software footprint and ensuring robust integration with ERP and TMS systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations and architecture.
