Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

In this role, you’ll leverage Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities to optimize supply chain execution and influence our enterprise software footprint across multiple global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.
• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience with 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms.
• Experience with WMS configuration and system integration standards.
• Strong collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities and configurations.
