Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role, you'll bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will own backlogs, elicit needs, and map them into epics and user stories, while leading API integrations (REST/SOAP, EDI) between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems, and drive end-to-end flow testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong WMS configuration and systems integration knowledge.
• Experience with API-led and data-driven delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and run end-to-end tests for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS.
