Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You’ll leverage expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active WMS to optimize supply chain execution and shape our enterprise software footprint. A background in SQL, API integration, and Agile delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong SQL, system integration standards, and WMS configuration.
• Experience with Agile delivery and end-to-end testing.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing of complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: be the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
