Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will work with Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture to optimize supply chain execution and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise software footprint.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and db interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases prior to UAT.
Provide System Expertise: be the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
