Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

With 10+ years in IT and 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale/Active, you will configure WMS modules, perform SQL queries, and lead Agile delivery while aligning with ERP/TMS interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain; or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL and system integration knowledge.
• Experience with WMS configurations in enterprise IT projects.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements for WMS capability development.
• Lead integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS via APIs and EDI.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow tests for complex supply-chain scenarios.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
