RemoFirst is hiring a Product Operations Manager to drive clarity, speed, and excellence across the product organization. You will connect Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure scalable processes and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, defining health metrics, coordinating launches, and designing repeatable workflows to scale the product in a fast-growing, remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years in Product Operations, Product Management or BizOps in a tech environment.
• Strong data skills with SQL or equivalent proficiency.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and influence without authority.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain dashboards (Quicksight, SQL, Excel) to inform PMs and leaders.
• Define product health metrics (adoption, retention, support load) and report them.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Success, Compliance, Finance for launches.
• Own end-to-end launch readiness and release health reviews.
• Design and improve product workflows with scalable processes.
