EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee AI initiatives and keep delivery predictable, transparent, and aligned with priorities in Colombia.

You will partner across internal groups and external partners, plan work with achievable timelines, manage risks, and drive a culture of quality and accountability across multiple projects with global teams. The role involves coordinating with senior leadership, managing budgets and scope fluctuations, and ensuring stakeholder expectations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 2+ years in senior, lead, manager, or owner roles.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ full-time members.
• Strong solution architecture knowledge with Python scripting and AI fundamentals.
• Experience in Digital Project Management and cloud delivery management.
• English proficiency at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery from start to finish, ensuring outcomes support business objectives.
• Plan delivery with achievable timelines and appropriate resource distribution.
• Manage several concurrent initiatives, detect risks, and resolve issues quickly.
• Lead routine status reviews and communicate progress to leadership.
• Strengthen client relationships and align on evolving requirements and expectations.
• Guide cross-functional teams and manage scope, budget, and schedules when needed.
• Spot process gaps and roll out improved practices across projects.
• Protect quality standards throughout delivery stages.
