Their platform, unifies critical data, models the business in a common ontology, and deploys AI agents that detect, recommend, and execute actions with security, full traceability, and human oversight when it matters.

Thousands of companies generate information constantly, but few know how to leverage it. They want to change that: our client connects internal business systems to visualize the entire operation in real-time and build AI agents that generate direct, measurable impact—working capital release, increased credit placement, inventory optimization, margin improvement.

The founding team (Harvard, UPenn alumni; backgrounds in Physics and Computer Science) has experience at Palantir/8VC, Microsoft, Meta, Robinhood, and McKinsey. Their engineering team includes International Informatics Olympiad medalists and founding engineers from startups backed by global funds. Their vision: to become Latin America’s Palantir.

The Role

• Responsibilities
  You will be responsible for building and evolving their platform, their core data and AI platform. This includes everything from dashboards and data pipelines to alert systems, ERP integrations, semantic modeling, robust ingestion/transformation pipelines, and deployment of enterprise AI agents. You’ll work side-by-side with the founding team, design, and clients to ensure adoption and generate measurable results.

• Our client is multifunctional. Unlike many startups that separate Product and Engineering functions, they integrate them. You will code, but you’ll also talk to clients, discuss solution pros/cons with design, and actively participate in feature prioritization.

• Their Tech Stack
  Our client is looking for versatile profiles (“generalists”) eager to get involved in Frontend, Backend, Data, Infrastructure, Product, and more. It is essential that you have solid knowledge and practical experience working with: TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python. Additionally, in their stack they use tools like: SQL, Prisma, PostgreSQL, dbt, Supabase, and Sentry, among others. Our client values critical thinking and the ability to learn new technologies quickly over prior experience with specific tools.
