The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with product leadership, and involves modern full stack practices. Ideal candidates should have 6+ years of experience, proficiency in React and NodeJS, and flexibility for Pacific Time hours. Formación

• 6+ years of experience writing production-quality code, ideally on core software product development.
• Experience with 3rd party software integrations (REST APIs, XML, JSON).
• Experience with Cloud services, caching, containers, App Servers (AWS, Docker, Redis, Kubernetes).
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, Postgres).
• Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON.
• Experience with Cloud services, caching, containers, App Servers (AWS, Docker, Redis, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Test Driven Development.
• Flexibility to work with a strong overlap with Pacific Time Zone hours.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping a cloud-based platform that is redefining how life insurance products are built, delivered, and experienced digitally. You’ll influence core product evolution, balancing front-end excellence with scalable backend design in a remote, agile environment. This role offers high ownership, close collaboration with product leadership, and the chance to grow within a mission-driven, fast-evolving engineering team using modern full stack practices.
