A leading software consultancy is looking for a seasoned developer to join their remote team. The position requires extensive experience in software development, particularly with applications using Elixir. You will collaborate with product teams to develop cutting-edge solutions for clients. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in RESTful web services, PostgreSQL, and AI engineering tools. A four-year degree and fluency in English are mandatory.

The Position

We're looking to hire a [insert position/role] to join our team. You'll work with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing applications using Elixir.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services and integrating APIs.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or traditional SQL databases.
• Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems to accelerate software development.
• Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development workflows, orchestrating, validating, and integrating model‑produced code into larger systems.
• Experience implementing code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
