Hello Insight is seeking a Product Designer to shape thoughtful, accessible, and scalable experiences across our platform and member-facing products. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will collaborate with product managers and engineers to take work from a defined problem to delivery.

You will design internal tools that power evaluation and member experiences that make impact legible, and you will maintain the design system and accessibility standards that keep everything

Formación

• Product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI work.
• Fluency across interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Exceptional English-language skills to design for US-based users.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end design of product experiences across platform and member-facing surfaces.
• Translate requirements and problems into clear, intuitive flows with product managers.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; iterate quickly based on feedback and data.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system and accessibility standards for consistency and inclusivity.
• Use insights from discovery, user testing, analytics, and feedback to craft better experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to make design decisions together.

Position Overview

Hello Insight is looking for a Product Designer to shape thoughtful, accessible, and scalable experiences across our platform and member-facing products. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will work closely with product managers and engineers to take work from a defined problem to delivery. You will design both the internal tools that power evaluation and the member experiences that make impact legible, and you will maintain the design system and accessibility standards that keep everything coherent as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end design: Design product experiences from a defined problem to delivery, across platform and member-facing surfaces.
• Turning problems into designs: Work with product managers to translate requirements and problems into clear, intuitive flows.
• Prototyping and iteration: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and iterate quickly based on feedback and data.
• Design system and standards: Contribute to and help maintain the design system and accessibility standards so the product stays consistent and inclusive.
• Data-informed design: Use insights from product discovery, user testing, product analytics, and user feedback to craft experiences.
• Collaboration: Take part in design critiques, communicate your rationale clearly, and help the team make good design decisions together.

Must Have (Required) Qualifications

• Product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI work.
• Fluency across interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Exceptional English-language skills, as you will design for and interact with US-based users.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred) Qualifications

• Solid grounding in accessibility best practices (WCAG) is a plus.
• Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems.
• Comfort running usability testing and synthesizing what you learn.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams alongside product managers and software engineers.
• Clear communication, openness to feedback, and the ability to balance craft with real constraints.

Location

We are a 100% remote company. You will be provided an Apple laptop and budget for computer accessories to create a tech hardware setup that works best for you. You must be available for meetings during EDT (UTC -4, New York City). Expect occasional team retreats during the year to interact in person. Bonus points if you live in Bogota, but we are open to top-tier talent from anywhere in Colombia.
