SGS is seeking a C&H Procurement Assistant to support North America Cosmetics & Hygiene operations from our Global Business Solutions center in Bogotá. You will handle PO creation, entry, delivery and reconciliation for clinical research purchases, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires strong English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1).
• Some data entry and/or accounting/billing/purchasing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process a high volume of purchase orders and invoices for vendor accounts.
• Support the Customer Service Team in PO creation and distribution to vendors; ensure proper documentation.
• Manage and track PO creations to ensure timely processing.
• Submit weekly and monthly invoices to AP teams for on-time processing.
• Answer inquiries about unpaid invoices from vendor partners.
• Monitor unpaid invoices and coordinate timely resolution.
• Review weekly reports on Team SharePoint and Power BI.
• Communicate vendor concerns to AP, AR and Management as needed.
• Complete other duties assigned by Manager/Director.
• Maintain clean and presentable work area; comply with SGS QA procedures.
