SGS seeks a detail-oriented operations professional in Bogotá to issue and review certificates, manage documentation and invoicing, and coordinate with SGS affiliates globally. The role also involves providing technical assistance to clients and handling quotes in a fast-paced minerals trade environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in business/administrative studies, 1+ years in operations, strong organization, and English proficiency (B2+).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business/administrative field.
• 1+ years of operations experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher).
• Knowledge of Marine Shipping trade is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage issuance and review of certificates and documentation.
• Handle invoicing and coordinate with SGS affiliates globally.
• Provide client technical assistance and quotes.
• Liaise with global customer care and internal teams to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain data accuracy and security in client reports and files.
