Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, invites you to join its Information Technology team as a Process & Quality Analyst. You will combine business analysis with quality assurance to improve accounting and tax processes and support automation initiatives.

The role defines and documents business requirements, develops and executes test plans, and collaborates with stakeholders—Automation Developers, Process Owners, SMEs, and Application Architects—to standardize workflows and deliver

Formación

Define and document business requirements for automation and technology solutions.
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, and UAT testing.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

Analyze business processes at micro and macro levels for automation opportunities.
Gather requirements using Agile and document in Epics, Features, and User Stories.
Lead requirements workshops and sign-offs with stakeholders.
Develop and execute test plans and validate fixes with developers.
Monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvement.
