The Automation Developer is responsible for leading the hands on identification, design, development, testing, delivery, maintenance and support of automation solutions for Aprio. This is primarily a technical role that requires strong software development expertise at both a application and platform level. This role requires strong collaboration with internal and external business and technology teams, such as peer Automation Developers, Business Analysts, Process Owners, Business SMEs, Application Architects/Owners, etc., to successfully deliver automated solutions.
In this role, the Automation Developer will leverage a combination of their software development expertise, such as .NET in C#, Modern Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, API Development/Integration, Microservices, etc., to develop automation solutions leveraging the right technology solution(s) and capabilities.
Aprio’s Automation Team is responsible for creatively and efficiently identifying, improving and automating wasteful processes through effectively leveraging existing and emerging technologies. The person serving in this role will have a unique opportunity to bring their software development expertise, curiosity and relentless need to find improvement to the table, while being armed with the support, tools and resources to help improve the way we work here at Aprio.
This person will need to be comfortable with staying uncomfortable. It will be challenging, messy at times, and will require the fortitude to push through the expected change management bumps by winning hearts and minds in the forms of: ROI focus, increasing revenue per employee, reducing time to value in solutions, reducing errors and re-work, improve data quality and removing mundane tasks so that our Aprio team members can spend their valuable time and expertise on what matters most.
