Applaudo is seeking a QA Engineer to own quality across the development lifecycle. You will combine manual and automated testing to validate functionality and reliability, and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products.

You are proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of driving day‑to‑day QA in Agile environments. Strong English communication and hands‑on API/web testing experience are required.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience performing functional and regression testing of web apps.
• Experience building, maintaining, and executing automated test suites for web apps.
• Hands-on experience testing REST APIs, including requests and responses.
• Experience designing and maintaining test plans, cases, and regression suites.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, cases, and regression suites based on requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for critical workflows.
• Execute API testing to validate requests, responses, and integrations.
• Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects with evidence.
• Verify bug fixes and perform targeted regression testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to meet quality goals.
• Maintain testing documentation and provide visibility into status and risks.
