Lean Solutions Group in Bogotá seeks an Engineer with Lean Manufacturing experience to analyze and optimize operations. You will conduct time studies, develop labor standards, map processes, and assess layouts to boost productivity and reduce waste.

The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams to standardize best practices and translate findings into measurable gains in cycle times and labor efficiency.

Formación

• Engineering degree required, ideally Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in Lean Manufacturing or process improvement.
• Knowledge of time studies, labor measurement, and process mapping.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate findings into measurable productivity improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct time studies and labor analysis using observations, operational data, and videos.
• Analyze processes, workflows, and plant layouts to identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain labor standards and productivity metrics.
• Identify and implement improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.
• Perform process mapping and root-cause analysis.
• Evaluate staffing and labor requirements.
• Recommend changes to improve productivity, cycle times, and labor efficiency.
• Work with Operations, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to standardize best practices.

• Knowledge of time studies, labor measurement, process mapping, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and translate findings into measurable productivity improvements.
