Jobtailor in Envigado, Colombia seeks a senior Process Excellence Lead to drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. You will partner with regional leaders, map processes, and design future-state solutions while establishing KPIs and mentoring teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in process improvement, expertise in Lean Six Sigma, and proficiency in English and Spanish, with up to 20% travel. Regulatory and healthcare experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, quality, or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives in a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and translate them into actionable improvement plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Preferred experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated industry.
• Preferred formal certification such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
• Preferred experience supporting global or regional process standardization initiatives.
• Exposure to digital process improvement tools, automation, or analytics platforms.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Ability to travel up to approximately 20% domestically and/or internationally

• Lead identification, analysis, and improvement of core business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Partner with functional and regional leaders to translate business strategy into process excellence roadmaps and measurable improvement initiatives
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to map current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state solutions
• Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and performance metrics
• Manage and track process improvement projects against timelines, cost, and benefit targets
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and support data-driven decisions
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training
• Coach and mentor team members and business partners on process excellence tools and best practices
• Ensure activities align with Johnson & Johnson Credo values, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
