Allie Systems in manufacturing environments seeks a Deployment Lead to convert commercial proposals into real, high-impact plant deployments. You will design end-to-end deployment plans, coordinate integrators, and secure operational adoption.
The role requires 3–5+ years on the plant floor, knowledge of sensors and PLC signals, trialing improvements, and clear communication with operators and managers to deliver measurable results from day one.

The Deployment Lead converts commercial proposals into real, functional, high-impact deployments inside manufacturing plants. This role is critical to Allie's expansion, ensuring every project is executed with technical precision, operational rigor, and measurable results from day one.
You will design and execute the end-to-end deployment plan, coordinate integrators and providers, negotiate cost-efficient solutions, validate signals and machine logic, and work directly with plant teams to secure adoption and operational success.
