You will build strong relationships with dietary supplement and pharmaceutical customers and manage a robust project pipeline. The role requires a 3+ year track record in sales or BD, with probiotic ingredients experience preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Probiotics ingredients experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Dietary Supplements markets and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth for the Probiotics and Biosciences portfolio across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective customers in the dietary supplements and pharmaceutical industries.
• Develop and manage a robust, evergreen project pipeline with ongoing opportunity creation and progression.
• Define and execute account-specific growth and defense strategies with detailed account plans.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, and go-to-market strategies with direct customers and distributors.
• Act as the primary link between customers and IFF’s internal teams (Applications, Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage risks, and communicate insights through Salesforce and regional forums.
