Job summary

IFF Health & Biosciences in Bogotá offers a hybrid sales role driving growth for probiotics and biosciences across the Latin region. You will build trusted relationships with dietary supplements and pharma customers, manage a robust pipeline, and lead end-to-end opportunities with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in Food Eng./Pharma sciences, 3+ years in health/food ingredients sales, probiotic experience preferred, and strong English; readiness for up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in health, pharma, or food ingredients.
• Probiotics experience is strongly preferred and English communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage account-specific growth and defense strategies.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage risks across the sales cycle.
• Act as the primary link between customers and internal teams (Applications, Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing).
