Medtronic in Bogotá is seeking an experienced Training Lead to drive pricing and contracting transformation initiatives, develop engaging content, and deliver virtual sessions. You will translate complex processes into practical learning materials and partner with product owners and IT to ensure readiness for system changes.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in education or related field, fluent English, and hands-on experience designing and delivering technology training.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs for technology implementations or business transformation.
• Strong instructional design skills and ability to create engaging, role-based materials.
• Experience facilitating virtual instructor-led training and supporting user adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Lead training workstreams for Pricing & Contracting transformation and system implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain training materials including instructor-led presentations, guides, FAQs, videos, and e-learning resources.
• Translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly content.
• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, IT, and stakeholders to assess training needs.
• Support user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Gather feedback and metrics to improve training effectiveness.
• Manage training project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain training content libraries and ensure materials stay current.
• Leverage AI and productivity tools to increase efficiency.
