Medtronic seeks a Customer Contract Coordinator IV to support US contracting operations from Bogotá. You will execute pricing uploads, manage LOCs, and collaborate with contract analysts to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in contract or pricing operations, strong English, and proficiency with Excel. This is a remote position based in Bogotá, supporting US stakeholders and processes.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years in customer service, contract administration, pricing operations, or back-office roles.
• Fluent English (C1–C2) with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Experience handling data-heavy information and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Execute pricing uploads for negotiated contracts from implementation through expiration.
• Collaborate with Regional and National Contract Analysts on pricing operations.
• Support contract administration activities, including LOC research and documentation.
• Load and maintain customer pricing in Vendavo, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review and process Letters of Commitment (LOCs) and pricing requests.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve questions and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in system testing, maintenance, and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract processes and customer satisfaction.
