TP in Bogotá seeks a senior transformation consultant to drive a consultative, workshop-driven sales model. You will lead executive presentations, stakeholder interviews, and diagnostic engagements to surface client pain points and co-create digital/operational solutions that enhance customer experience and unlock opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., management, engineering).
• Post-graduate degree in a relevant field (Preferred).
• Master's degree in a transformation-related field (Preferred).
• Strong management consulting background with hands-on experience designing and running process assessments, discovery workshops, and diagnostic engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead presales and client engagement efforts, including preparing tailored presentation materials and managing key account tasks.
• Design, facilitate, and govern structured process assessment engagements with stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Map AS-IS processes and customer journeys end-to-end to build evidence-based diagnostics.
• Translate diagnostic findings into prioritized improvement opportunities and actionable TO-BE roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end business and solution development, including research, analysis, and due diligence.
• Translate client objectives into digital strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Leverage AI, RPA, and advanced analytics to design innovative solutions.
• Guide operational digitization and process transformation to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Employ data analytics to generate insights and support data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategy execution.
• Foster innovation at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology.
