Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) Global Service Centre in Bogota is seeking an Expert Sales - House of Pricing Support to bolster our airfreight and ocean freight pricing capabilities. You will drive tender execution, translate bid strategy into pricing actions, and collaborate with country and regional pricing teams to ensure accurate, compelling responses.

The role demands strong Excel skills, extensive experience in air/ocean operations, and excellent English communication to support

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Airfreight / Ocean Freight forwarding business
• Operations experience in a complex global environment
• Very strong people and communication skills
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 3 years air/ocean operations experience
• Advanced project management skills

Responsibilities

• Support bid management from pre-bid to post-bid for AFR/OFR opportunities
• Coordinate with country/regional pricing teams to ensure bid responses are accurate
• Translate bid strategy and customer requirements into pricing actions
• Develop and maintain technical narratives for Airfreight/Ocean Freight solutions
• Follow up on bids with stakeholders to capture outcomes and lessons learned
• Support continuous improvement of pricing processes and tools
