Job summary

Lean Solutions Group in Bogotá is seeking an International Pricing Representative to prepare accurate freight quotations and promptly respond to customer requests. You will help identify efficient, cost-effective transportation solutions and support global shipping processes.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in international logistics, understands ocean, air, and cross-border transport, and is proficient with Excel and Outlook. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in international logistics, freight pricing, quoting, or logistics coordination.
• Understanding of international freight processes including ocean, air, and cross-border transportation.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling rates and quotations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare freight quotations for various modes (LCL, FCL, LTL, FTL, air freight, time-sensitive).
• Handle pricing requests for ocean, air, and cross-border transportation.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer quotation requests.
• Research routes, carriers, airlines, and co-loaders to identify cost-effective shipping solutions.
• Evaluate line-haul rates, pickup and delivery costs, schedules, and geographic coverage.
• Validate rates, shipment details, and service requirements for quotation accuracy.
• Maintain communication with customers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Use logistics systems and pricing platforms to process, track, and manage quotations.
• Meet deadlines and monitor communication channels for updates.
• Comply with international shipping regulations and Incoterms.
• Support team objectives and quotation performance targets.
