InterOps in Colombia seeks a detail-oriented data-coordinator to review patient and appointment records, ensure accuracy, and respond to client inquiries per defined processes and SLAs.

The role suits candidates with strong written English, experience in process-driven environments, and ability to handle sensitive information with HIPAA-like standards. Shift-based and remote options may be available.

Formación

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
• Good written English communication skills (C1 minimum, C2 preferred).
• Experience in a BPO, data processing, or customer support role preferred.
• Ability to follow documented processes and instruction.
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and sensitive information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify patient, customer, and appointment data in internal systems.
• Ensure diagnostic imaging and reports match scheduled appointments.
• Identify data discrepancies, correct issues, and elevate when required.
• Maintain high accuracy in all records and outbound communications.
• Provide updates to clients regarding the status of patient records (primarily via email and Slack).
• Communicate with radiology partners via email to request updates, STAT reports, or clarify appointment details.
• Respond to client and internal inquiries within defined response times.
• Handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
