Qualifications

• Experience as a Sports Trader in iGaming or sportsbook is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook products and football betting markets.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities including statistics and probabilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain pre-match football betting markets, ensuring odds remain accurate and competitive.
• Analyze football matches, teams, players, statistics, and other factors to support market creation and trading decisions.
• Monitor betting activity and market liabilities, proactively managing risk exposure.
• Set and adjust odds based on market movements, news, injuries, and weather.
• Collaborate with traders, analysts, and risk teams to share insights and optimize performance.
• Review customer behavior and feedback to identify trends and improve market offerings.
• Prepare reports on market performance, risk exposure, and key trading metrics for management.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and internal tools to improve trading efficiency.
• Participate in shift-based work including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
