Job summary

RHONDOS Inc. is seeking a senior PowerConnect consultant to join our Centre of Excellence in Customer Support & Professional Services.

The role covers full lifecycle ownership from frontline incident response to complex troubleshooting, PoC engagements, customer training, and deployment delivery. You will contribute to knowledge bases, drive process improvements, and support pre-sales activities, PoC validation, and internal SAP systems support while working in a shift-based, remote-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of technical support, professional services, or consulting experience for SAP, Splunk or Dynatrace
• Hands-on PowerConnect administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience conducting root cause analysis on high-severity incidents
• Familiarity with SAP administration fundamentals and tooling
• Experience delivering technical training or enablement sessions
• Ability to read logs, traces, and config data to diagnose issues
• Experience as subject-matter expert on customer calls or PoCs
• Experience with ticketing systems and on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Adhere to shift schedule and provide accurate shift notes
• Serve as first point of contact for PowerConnect support within the shift
• Triage and resolve Level 1-2 incidents within SLA thresholds
• Log incidents, resolutions, and workarounds in ticketing system
• Monitor system health dashboards and identify disruptions
• Provide structured handover briefings to incoming shift team
• Follow on-call and escalation protocols for critical incidents
• Conduct thorough RCA and document findings
• Support PoC engagements with environment setup and validation
• Deliver PowerConnect training and knowledge transfer
• Lead end-to-end PowerConnect installation and upgrade services
• Develop and document use cases and reference configurations
• Maintain internal SAP system support and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and automation
• Share insights to inform roadmap and training content
