AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Data & Analytics Developer in Pereira to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that convert enterprise data into actionable business insights.

You will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, translate requirements into data models, and coordinate data onboarding from Snowflake and SAP sources. Strong SQL, DAX, and data governance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Power BI dashboards and reports experience.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data and technical requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience coordinating onboarding of data from enterprise sources.
• Strong troubleshooting across data solution layers.
• Ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and data definitions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data and structures.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → platform → semantic layer → Power BI.
• Improve data consistency, quality, and reliability with teams.
• Promote reusable data models and standard KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on data visualization and analytics usage for decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
