AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to design and build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable insights. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into data models and visuals, and work with IT to source data from Snowflake, SAP HANA, and related systems.

This role emphasizes strong data modeling, governance, and KPI definitions, plus hands-on ETL/ELT, data quality, and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP analytics environments.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data sources and data availability.
• Onboard and integrate data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models, KPI definitions, and scalable analytics.
