AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

You will partner with stakeholders, design data models, and integrate data from Snowflake and SAP environments. The role demands 4+ years delivering Power BI projects, strong SQL, data modeling, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality and governance.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across data solution layers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standard KPI definitions across domains.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions and reporting logic.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
