Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable insights. You will partner with stakeholders to design data models, KPIs, and visuals across Snowflake, SAP HANA, and other sources.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong SQL, and the ability to translate business needs into reliable analytics.

Qualifications

4+ years of strong professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical data.
Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience working with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical and data requirements.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
Experience coordinating or supporting the onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple layers of a data solution.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing actionable insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Coordinate with IT and data owners to identify data requirements and source structures.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the full data flow from source to Power BI.
Collaborate to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across the business.
Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics-driven decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams.
