Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is looking for a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

You will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, translate business requirements into data models and visuals, and collaborate with IT and data owners to ensure data availability and quality in an enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP sources.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Power BI dashboard and report development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Understanding of data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Effective with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPIs, and data consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs and data needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data and structures.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues end-to-end.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics use.
• Document data definitions, logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
