Rush Street Interactive (RSI) is seeking an SENA Intern to lead the construction and launch of the HR Intelligence Hub in RSI Colombia. The role goes beyond administrative tasks and will build two living tools for the People team, with governance, inclusivity, and long-term maintenance protocols.

You’ll work with the POPs team across all project phases to standardize JD formats and vendor data, implement a versioned Confluence repository, and establish scalable governance for ongoing maintenance.

Formación

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Professional writing skills with inclusive and competency-based language standards.
• Basic understanding of HR processes, document management, and administrative process design.
• English level: Intermediate to Advanced (B2) preferred.
• Currently enrolled student eligible to complete SENA productive practice stage.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose the current state of the Job Descriptions bank and HR Vendors directory, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Standardize Job Description formats using inclusive language and competency-based approach.
• Build an interactive digital repository in Confluence with version history and update protocol.
• Audit and update the HR Vendors bank with classification, scorecard, and contract/compliance tracker.
• Conduct 30-minute validation sessions with area leaders for each Job Description review.
• Design a governance protocol to ensure future maintenance without dependency on a single person.

The SENA Intern will lead the construction and launch of the HR Intelligence Hub: a digital ecosystem that centralizes and standardizes RSI Colombia’s Job Descriptions and HR Vendors directory. This role goes beyond administrative support — the person in this role will build two living tools the People team will rely on daily, incorporating governance logic, inclusive language standards, and maintenance protocols that ensure long-term accuracy. The intern will work closely with the POPs team across all project phases.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose the current state of the Job Descriptions bank and HR Vendors directory, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Standardize Job Description formats using inclusive language, a competency-based approach, and alignment with RSI’s organizational framework.
• Build an interactive digital repository in Confluence with version history and a leader-driven update request protocol.
• Audit and update the HR Vendors bank with strategic classification, an evaluation scorecard, and a contract and compliance status tracker (active / expiring soon / expired).
• Conduct 30-minute validation sessions with area leaders for each Job Description review.
• Design a governance protocol to ensure future maintenance of both resources without depending on a single person.
