Job summary

CANPACK Group is seeking a Senior MES Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of MES for data‑driven production. You will ensure system reliability, integrate MES with SAP and SCADA, and drive Lean improvements for real‑time decision making.

You will maintain operation quality, provide end‑user training, develop manuals, and support continuous improvement across multiple projects in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar MES role or equivalent.
• Experience with MES systems and IT in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor MES operation for reliability and performance.
• Provide user support and resolve ongoing issues.
• Conduct training for system users and create manuals.
• Configure the system and resolve configuration issues.
• Design reports and perform system tests.
