Provana in Medellín seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support throughout case lifecycles. You will help ensure timely communications, document management, and efficient case progression while supporting attorneys and paralegals.

The role emphasizes English proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and experience with case management software to handle day-to-day legal operations and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Advanced English level required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant tasks.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with legal case management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and update digital client files within our case management software.
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduled depositions, client meetings, and mediations; track court deadlines.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients.
• Order, track, and follow up on essential case records (medical records, billing statements, police reports, and insurance details).
• Handle e-filing with courts, draft standard administrative correspondence, manage digital mail, and assist with basic invoice or billing entry.
