International Development Resources (IDR) is seeking a Paid Social and Search Specialist to own end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, from planning and proposal development through execution, testing, and final reporting. You will optimize budgets, bids, placements, and audience targets to maximize client ROAS and growth.

• 3+ years managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and others.
• 2+ years in digital marketing, paid media advertising, or user analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
• Fluent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns and deadlines, and operate independently across competing priorities.
• Nice-to-have: Working knowledge of Google Ads.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end paid social and search campaigns from initial planning and proposal development through execution, testing, and final reporting.
• Allocate, set, and continuously optimize advertising budgets, bids, placements, and audience targeting to maximize client return on ad spend.
• Develop cohesive conversion rate optimization strategies and compelling ad copy aligned with brand guidelines.
• Generate accurate internal and external performance reports while implementing and troubleshooting tracking tools, pixels, and testing frameworks.
