Job summary

Positively Languages is seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant to support its international digital marketing operations. This full-time role is ideal for someone analytical, proactive, and eager to learn about paid media and campaign optimization across global markets.

Key responsibilities include planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting, with budgets, reports, and collaboration with Content and Design teams to create banners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, retargeting, and other platforms.
• Maintain ad account health, including ad copy creation, keyword research, bid adjustments, targeting, and landing page reviews.
• Manage daily budgets and ensure monthly spend targets are met.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Assist with A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
• Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends.
• Work with Content and Design teams to develop creative assets such as banners, videos, and landing pages.
