Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Paid Advertising Strategist to own campaigns and drive growth across paid social and native platforms. You will partner with account leadership to evolve strategy, while owning reporting, optimizations, and keyword research.

Strong client communication and strategic thinking are essential. The role emphasizes cross-channel collaboration, AI-enabled optimization, and deep expertise in e-commerce, lead gen, and B2B campaigns.

Formación

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing; specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing.
• Experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
• Significant campaign management experience in one or more of: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns & Bing Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the funnel.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid campaigns across social and native platforms.
• Manage Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Lead end-to-end builds with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth production with specialists.
• Drive optimizations to meet client performance goals.
• Budget management and guidance on spend changes based on expertise.
• Support internal client communication and strategic reporting with findings and next steps.
• Provide weekly performance insights and recommendations to clients.
