Traba, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Operations Specialist to join our Bogotá team. You will process timesheets, generate accurate invoices for clients, and create custom reports to meet each customer's needs.

The role emphasizes partnering with the operations team to improve workflows, resolve invoicing issues promptly, and ensure compliance with SOPs for invoicing and payroll adjustments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Entry, AR/AP, Payroll, or Payroll-related operations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate reports.
• Collaborative and proactive with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and help implement improvements to streamline invoicing and reporting.
• Process timesheets from customers to accurately generate invoices for business clients.
• Create and maintain custom reports related to invoicing, timesheets, and payroll adjustments.
• Collaborate with the business operations team to improve administrative workflows and provide a seamless client experience.
• Address and resolve invoicing and timesheet discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal systems related to invoicing and timesheet processing.
• Assist with the development of SOPs to streamline internal payment processes and invoicing accuracy.
