Job summary

Traba is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Operations Specialist to streamline daily operations and ensure on-time, accurate worker deployments in Bogotá. You will monitor shifts, coordinate with managers, and support workers before, during, and after shifts.

You will balance multiple tasks in a fast-growing environment, emphasizing ownership, customer empathy, and proactive problem-solving to keep operations smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-growth company in a customer success or business support role.
• Ability to balance multiple critical tasks under deadlines.
• Ownership mindset and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude with customer empathy for workers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and ensure shifts posted on the marketplace are executed flawlessly.
• Coordinate with Territory Operations Manager to meet customer needs.
• Ensure a positive and trusted experience for workers on the platform.
• Resolve worker issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage workers to meet client demand and ensure correct clock-in/clock-out times.
• Identify process improvements and support with vetting initiatives.
• Help build and improve standard operating procedures.
• Learn multiple internal systems and assist workers with the app.
