AgileEngine is seeking a part-time Data Engineering and Infrastructure Lead to audit AWS architecture, CI/CD processes, and ETL decisions in an advisory capacity. You will mentor the team on engineering standards, review SageMaker-based MLOps pipelines, and weigh managed tooling versus custom builds.

The role focuses on AWS expertise, SDLC governance, and AI-assisted development workflows, with flexible Flextime supporting work-from-home and office options.

Formación

• 6+ years of hands-on AWS experience including ECS/Fargate, ECR, RDS, S3, SageMaker, VPC/ALB, IAM.
• Fluency with Infrastructure-as-code, especially Terraform.
• Proven track record auditing/designing CI/CD pipelines and SDLC governance.
• Strong data engineering depth for ETL/ingestion architecture decisions.
• Experience evaluating AI-assisted/LLM-assisted development workflows (Claude Code).
• Comfortable with part-time advisory capacity (50% to 25%) and mentoring engineers.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Audit AWS architecture across live apps (MAT / Signal IQ and the Impact Engine).
• Review CI/CD process and lifecycle; recommend SDLC governance (schema versioning, env separation, release gating).
• Assess Claude Code usage for PR generation, reviews, and cost management to uphold engineering standards.
• Provide early opinions on ETL/data-ingestion pipeline architecture (managed vs. custom).
• Mentor and accelerate the infrastructure build team focusing on AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, and data practices.
• Set out recommendations and direction for necessary build changes; report findings to leadership.
