Solvo Global Careers is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across all phases of personal injury litigation, including discovery, depositions, CMEs/IMEs, mediation, settlement, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a personal injury firm, strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure, excellent English communication, and proficiency with Filevine or similar case management software; MS Office skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Senior Legal Assistant in a personal injury firm.
• Knowledge of Florida civil litigation procedures.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, mediation, and case management.
• Proficiency with Filevine or similar legal case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage litigated personal injury cases from transfer through resolution.

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation, including discovery, depositions, CMEs/IMEs, mediation, settlement, and trial preparation. This role requires strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
