As a Paralegal, you will support attorneys in managing legal matters by conducting research, preparing documentation, and maintaining case files. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on a variety of legal matters.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel to gather information and coordinate schedules.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions, including managing exhibits, witnesses, and trial materials.
• Monitor updates in laws, regulations, and legal standards to support informed decision-making.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle legal correspondence.
• Support billing and timekeeping activities to ensure accurate records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Proficiency with legal research tools, electronic filing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
