What You'll Do

• Request and track medical records and billing statements from healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate client and provider information using case management software
• Prepare case supplements and organize documentation for legal proceedings
• Respond to legal discovery requests including interrogatories, admissions, and document production
• Provide essential administrative and litigation support to attorneys and case managers

What You Bring

• Two years of experience in a legal or medical administrative role (Personal Injury is a must)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with legal terminology and case management systems is a plus
• Availability: Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
