Cloudstaff in Bogotá is seeking a motivated Paralegal to support attorneys in civil litigation matters, manage case files, review documents, and prepare for meetings, depositions, and hearings.

The role requires 3–5 years of paralegal experience, a relevant degree, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Work arrangement is on-site in Colombia with a morning shift and a focus on professional growth.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate.
• Minimum 3–5 years of paralegal experience, civil litigation preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.

Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced paralegal to assist attorneys in a wide range of matters. Duties include document review, preparing for client meetings, depositions, hearings, trials, and management of assigned case files.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing cases from inception through trial
• Maintaining and organizing client documents and discovery materials
• Analyzing and digesting legal documents and medical records
• Vetting witnesses and experts
• Communicating with experts
• Trial preparation
• Multitasking and working efficiently

Qualifications and requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies/Legal Studies or Paralegal Certificate
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience
• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience involving personal injury at the state and federal levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time management and organizational skills
