H&CO is seeking a junior paralegal in Bogotá to advise international clients on entity management, compliance, and strategic business matters while developing strong client relationships.

You will manage client relationships, assess regulatory needs, and assist in forming compliant corporate structures. The role offers opportunities to grow within a dynamic international team and improve advisory services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or current Law student with interest in compliance and regulatory affairs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
• Proactively communicate updates, identify opportunities, and provide solutions that meet client objectives.
• Assess clients’ compliance requirements and provide guidance on entity management and regulatory obligations.
• Assist clients in establishing and maintaining corporate structures that comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of issues.
• Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
• Contribute to initiatives that drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Support internal teams in delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless experience
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges

Compliance & Advisory Support
